Fire and Heat Resistant Sleeve protects hoses, cables and wires from molten metal splash, high heat hazards and occasional exposure to flame. The Sleeve finds application in steel plants, glass plants, foundries, cutting and welding shops and wherever hoses, cables and wires may be exposed to high heat or occasional flame up to 3000 Degree F or 1600 Degree C. The Sleeve is asbestos free, environmentally safe and reflects 90% radiant heat generated form furnaces. The Sleeve gives protection from molten metal slag and welding sparks etc. Fire and Heat Resistant Sleeve comes in different sizes ranging from ½" to 6".
